Luminary Leadership Partners was founded by Candace Barnes, MBA, PMP, a talent, leadership, and transformation executive with more than 20 years of experience helping complex organizations strengthen leadership, talent, culture, and organizational capability.
Her work has spanned enterprise talent strategy, leadership development, succession, organizational effectiveness, executive coaching, culture, workforce transformation, and large-scale change — partnering with executives and boards to translate business priorities into the capabilities required to deliver them.
